# Manage, duplicate, and archive experiences

> Use experience actions to edit, preview, copy campaign links, inspect connected experiments, duplicate into a draft, and understand archive restrictions.

Use the **Experiences** list to find an existing page and manage what happens next. Open the three-dot actions menu on an experience to access the actions available for its current status.

## Open the right view

**Edit** opens the experience in the editor. **Analytics** opens its performance view when that action is available. **Open preview** opens the preview in a separate tab.

Previewing a page is not the same as entering through its campaign Smart Link. Use preview for content review, and test the actual campaign entry link when checking routing or experiment assignment.

## Find and copy links

The actions menu can show **Smart links** associated with the experience. When a native Shopify Page URL is present, the **Links** submenu also exposes **Shopify page link**.

Choose the link for the job: use the Smart Link when the campaign should follow routing managed in Jurni; use the Shopify page link to inspect that specific published Shopify destination. An unavailable Smart links action can mean that no active Smart Link is associated with the experience yet.

When an experience is connected to experiments, the **Experiments** submenu provides links to those tests. Review these connections before making changes to a page receiving live test traffic.

## Duplicate an experience

<Steps>
  <Step title="Find the original">
    Locate the intended experience and confirm its name and shop.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select Duplicate">
    Open its actions menu and select **Duplicate**. Wait for Jurni to confirm the copy was created.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open the new draft">
    The copy is saved as a draft. Open it, give it a recognizable name, and make the changes for the new campaign or test.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Review what was reused">
    Check products, variants, subscription options, offer copy, links, and any shared Global Sections. A duplicated experience should not be assumed to make every referenced shared resource independent.
  </Step>
</Steps>

Duplicating an experience is different from duplicating one section. It also does not automatically replace the destination of an existing Smart Link or campaign. Publish and connect the copy deliberately.

## Archive an experience

Use **Archive** only after reviewing its live connections. The experience actions menu prevents archiving when Jurni identifies it as connected to **ads, experiments, or a Shopify Page**. Read the reason displayed on the disabled action.

<Warning>
  Archiving is not a substitute for ending an experiment or unpublishing a native Shopify Page. Handle the relevant connection first, and confirm where existing campaign traffic will go before retiring the experience.
</Warning>

For a Shopify Page, use its publishing controls to manage the Shopify publication. For experiments, review the test and Smart Link destination. Do not remove a live campaign destination just to clear an archive restriction.

Archived experiences have a reactivation action. After reactivating, verify the page and every relevant publishing destination before resuming traffic; do not assume old campaign routing has been re-established automatically.

## Keep the list useful

Use clear names and the tag-assignment action to label experiences by campaign, product, or team convention. These organizational labels do not change product selection or traffic routing.
