# How Jurni works

> See how building, commerce, publishing, testing, and analytics connect in Jurni.

Jurni is organized around one continuous workflow: create the right experience for a campaign, connect it to the real customer action, launch it through the right URL, and use performance data to improve it.

## The main parts of Jurni

### Experiences

An experience is the page or journey you create in Jurni. You can start with AI, a template, an existing page, or a blank canvas and then refine every section in the editor.

### Products and commerce

Connect the products, variants, selling plans, bundles, offers, forms, or destinations the customer should interact with. The available setup depends on whether you use Shopify, a headless storefront, or another commerce platform.

### Publishing and Smart Links

Publishing makes an experience available at a live URL. A Smart Link is a campaign-facing link whose destination you can manage in Jurni without repeatedly changing the link in your ads or campaigns.

### Tests and analytics

Tests use a Smart Link to split incoming traffic between variants. Experience and test reporting help you compare customer behavior, orders, revenue, and other available metrics.
