# Connect Junip reviews

> Get your Junip Store Key, connect the account, and place a product or store review section on a Jurni page.

Use **Junip** to show the reviews your brand already collects in Junip. This connection displays reviews; it does not move review collection, moderation, or customer-review emails into Jurni.

## Find your Store Key

In Junip, open **Settings** and the store's settings to find its **Store Key**. Copy the key for the same store whose products you are using in Jurni. Junip also shows it in its custom-installation configuration as `data-store-key`.

Follow [Junip's custom-installation guide](https://help.junip.co/en/articles/4607115-custom-html-installation) to locate the key. You only need the key for Jurni's native connection—not another copy of the Junip script.

## Set up Junip in Jurni

<Steps>
  <Step title="Connect the provider">
    Open **Settings → Integrations → Reviews & Pop-ups**. Enable **Junip**, paste the **Store Key**, and select **Save Changes** on that card.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add reviews to your page">
    Open the experience editor's **Integrations** panel and add the Junip review section where it should appear.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select the review scope">
    Choose the available store/all-reviews or product-specific option. For product reviews, select the matching product. Review the section's available summary, list/grid, and review-count controls.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Verify real reviews">
    Save and preview the page, then check the actual published URL. Compare the displayed product and review content with Junip.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## What to check when reviews are missing

Confirm the integration is enabled and saved, the Store Key belongs to the correct store, and the chosen product has published reviews. A Shopify product ID and a variant ID are not interchangeable.

If the widget appears twice, check whether a second section, Custom Script, or Shopify theme app is also installing it. Do not paste Junip's full installation snippet into every section after connecting it natively.

For **Shopify Pages**, test the `/pages/` URL independently because the theme can already load Junip. For a custom/non-Shopify product catalog, ask the Jurni team to confirm the product-to-review mapping.
