# Manage which products appear in Jurni

> Use Shopify product scope, collections, tags, and status filters to control the catalog available in Products, the editor, and AI.

For Shopify shops, **Manage products** controls the catalogue available in Jurni. It affects **Products, editor product selection, and AI generation**—not just the list currently on screen.

## Browse filters versus saved scope

| Control                               | Purpose                                                               |
| ------------------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Search and status filters on Products | Find products while browsing. |
| **Manage products → Save scope** | Save which products are available through the shop's Jurni catalogue. |

If AI or a product picker cannot find an item, check the saved scope rather than only clearing the visible search field.

## Set the catalogue scope

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Manage products">
    Go to **Products** and select **Manage products**. This control is shown for Shopify shops.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Review Collections, Tags, and Status">
    Choose the restrictions you need using the available Shopify collections, tags, and product statuses. Leave unnecessary restrictions unset.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save scope">
    Select **Save scope** to apply the configuration. **Cancel** leaves without saving. **Clear all** clears the selected scope fields; select Save scope to apply that change.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Verify the available products">
    Search for an expected included product and check the editor product picker. Recheck the shop and source product when an expected item is still absent.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## What this does not do

It does not delete products from Shopify, change inventory, create variants, or publish an unavailable product to a Shopify sales channel. A product also needs to be available through the connected Shopify catalogue.

Narrowing the selection is not a substitute for reviewing already published pages that use those products. Before removing a product from the available catalogue, check the campaign pages and purchasing flows that depend on it.

## Missing products

Confirm the correct Shopify store, source availability, saved scope, and current browsing filters. Include **Unlisted** in your search when the intended item uses that status. If the item remains missing, send the Jurni team the Shopify product link and the affected Jurni shop/page.

For a non-Shopify catalogue, use the agreed integration with your team; this Shopify Manage products dialog is not a universal product-import screen.
