# Strategy: Opportunities and Briefs

> Use Jurni Strategy to turn recent Meta and page-performance signals into prioritized briefs for new pages and experiments, then take those briefs into build and test workflows.

Jurni's Strategy area helps you turn performance signals into **briefs** for what to build or test next. It combines a working roadmap of briefs with AI-generated opportunities based on connected performance data.

## What lives in Strategy

The current Strategy workflow has two related concepts:

* **Briefs / Roadmap** — the list of ideas your team is planning, building, or launching.
* **AI suggestions / Opportunities** — recommendations Jurni surfaces from recent performance signals that can be turned into a brief.

Recent Jurni support conversations may refer to this area as **Opportunities** or **Strategizer**. The underlying purpose is the same: help the team decide what page or experiment should be created next.

## AI suggestions

Jurni can use connected Meta and Jurni page-performance data to surface opportunities worth turning into a brief. The current product looks at recent performance rather than presenting generic CRO ideas with no account context.

A suggestion is a starting point, not an automatically proven winner. Review the underlying campaign/page context before committing design or media spend.

<Warning>
  Do not treat an AI recommendation's expected impact as a statistical guarantee. It is a prioritization input, not measured experiment lift.
</Warning>

## Create a brief

You can create a brief directly or start from a suggestion.

A brief can capture fields such as:

* brief name
* goal
* success metric / target
* campaign or ad
* persona
* target launch date
* product
* media
* creative direction
* page type
* design references

This makes the Strategy area useful as the handoff between **why a page should exist** and the actual build in Jurni.

## Page-type starting points

The brief workflow supports common paid-traffic page concepts such as:

* Listicle / “reasons why”
* Advertorial
* Long-form sales page
* Creator / UGC page
* Video / VSL page
* Product-focused page
* Custom concept

These are starting points for the creative brief, not restrictions on what the final Jurni page can contain.

## From suggestion to launch

A useful workflow is:

<Steps>
  <Step title="Review the opportunity">
    Check which recent page, campaign, audience, or performance signal led to the recommendation.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Create or refine the brief">
    Add the goal, product, persona, success metric, media, and creative constraints your team already knows.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Generate or build the page">
    Use the brief as context for Jurni's AI builder or as the specification for a manual build.
  </Step>

  <Step title="QA the commerce and tracking setup">
    Verify products, Buy Boxes, mobile layout, publishing, and tracking before launch.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Test when appropriate">
    If the recommendation is a hypothesis rather than a direct campaign launch, create an experiment against the current page or another variant.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## What not to assume

Older help-center material described a fixed number of recommendations delivered every Monday and specific recommendation categories. The recommendation engine has continued to evolve, so do not rely on a fixed weekly count or cadence unless that behavior is visible in your current Strategy UI.

Similarly, improvements currently planned for the recommendation engine should not be treated as shipped behavior until they appear in the product.
