Know which ID belongs where
Find the IDs in Klaviyo
Company ID: open your Klaviyo account menu, then Settings → API keys. Copy the Public API Key / Site ID. This is the value Jurni calls Company ID. Do not create or paste a private API key. See Klaviyo’s API-key guide. Form ID: open Sign-up forms, select the intended Embed form, and open Targeting and behavior → Display. Under Embed Code, copy the identifier afterklaviyo-form-, not the whole HTML block. Publish the form in Klaviyo. See Klaviyo’s embedded-form guide.
The form determines its destination list and signup behavior in Klaviyo. A list ID, pop-up ID, and Company ID are not substitutes for the embedded Form ID.
Connect Klaviyo to the shop
Open Settings → Integrations, find Klaviyo in Reviews & Pop-ups, enable it, enter the Company ID, and select Save Changes. Confirm you are connecting the account for the intended brand.Add an inline form
1
Prepare the intended form
Identify the embedded form you want to use in Klaviyo and copy its Form ID. Confirm that the form is ready for your campaign.
2
Add its page placement
In the Jurni editor, open Integrations, select the Klaviyo form section, and add it to the page.
3
Set the Form ID
Select the form element and enter its Form ID. The empty placeholder is not a live signup form.
4
Review and test
Adjust the surrounding layout, save the page, and test a submission on the intended live URL. Confirm the submission reaches the expected Klaviyo destination.
Allow or disable pop-ups
Open the experience’s editor Settings, then its pop-up controls. Choose whether Klaviyo should be enabled for that experience and save the choice. See Pop-up controls for the main switch and individual-provider behavior. A pop-up’s design and display rules belong to the provider configuration. Enabling Klaviyo in Jurni does not guarantee a pop-up on every visit. Review provider-side eligibility, campaign status, consent, and prior visitor interactions when testing.Shopify Pages and duplicate installations
A native Shopify Page uses the Shopify theme environment. Check whether Klaviyo is already installed through the theme or a Shopify app before adding another script. Test the actual/pages/ URL separately; a working Jurni subdomain preview does not prove the Shopify placement is configured correctly.
Removing an inline form section does not disconnect Klaviyo from the shop. Disabling a Jurni pop-up control is not a universal switch for scripts installed through another loader.
