Use Okendo to display existing reviews on a Jurni page. Connecting the account supplies the review service; you still need to place and configure the Okendo widget in the editor.

Find the value Jurni needs

Open Okendo → Settings → Integrations → Okendo and copy the User ID for the store. Jurni labels this field Subscriber ID (User ID). It identifies the Okendo account, not a member of your team, a product, or an API secret. See Okendo’s account-ID documentation.

Connect and place the widget

1

Connect Okendo in Jurni

Go to Settings → Integrations → Reviews & Pop-ups. Enable Okendo, paste the User ID into Subscriber ID (User ID), and select Save Changes on the Okendo card.
2

Add the review section

Open the experience editor, open Integrations, and add the Okendo review section. Select the inserted widget to configure it.
3

Choose which reviews to show

Use all reviews for a broader store-review section, product mode for one product, or group mode for an existing Okendo review group. For product mode, select the real product. For group mode, use the existing Okendo Group ID, not the account User ID.
4

Save and check the page

Save the page, preview the review section, and verify the published destination. Check the product or group being reviewed as well as the visible layout.

Troubleshooting

Only a placeholder appears: check that Okendo is enabled, the User ID was saved, and the account matches this store. The widget shows unrelated reviews: check its all/product/group choice. The product-specific integration uses Shopify product identifiers; entering a variant ID, product title, or a different store’s product will not identify the intended review collection. A custom drawer or pop-up does not work: the review connection is not a general installer for every Okendo feature. Share the exact widget or behavior with the Jurni team. For Shopify Pages, check the theme/app installation separately.
