Invite team members

Invite Admin, Staff, or Designer members to the correct Jurni shop after onboarding and billing, and distinguish shop membership from page-review access.

Invite each teammate to the existing Jurni shop using their own email. For a new shop, complete onboarding, shop creation, and billing before inviting the team.

Before sending an invitation

Confirm that you are in the correct shop and that your role can invite members. The Invite Member action is shown only to users with invitation permission.

A Shopify collaborator account, a shared Slack channel, and a Jurni page-review invitation are different types of access. None automatically makes someone a member of the Jurni shop.

Invite a member

1. Open Members

   In the correct shop, go to Settings → Members and select Invite Member.

2. Enter the intended login email

   Fill in Email Address with the email the teammate will use in Jurni. Check for typos and accidental personal/work email mismatches.

3. Choose their role

   Select Admin, Staff, or Designer, based on the work they need to do.

4. Send the invitation

   Select Send Invitation and wait for the confirmation. Have the teammate open the invitation email and complete the join flow with the invited email.

Roles in the invitation form

Role	Intended access described in Jurni
Admin	Manage the shop and invite team members.
Staff	Manage the shop dashboard and content.
Designer	Design and manage experiences.

The Owner role has full control of the shop and organization, but it is not offered in the normal invitation dropdown. Do not use a regular member invitation as an ownership-transfer process.

Use the least access the person needs. For someone who only needs to review one page and leave feedback, consider a page review invitation instead of full shop membership.

Help a teammate join the right shop

Ask the teammate to accept the invitation rather than starting onboarding for a new brand. After signing in, they should open the shop they were invited to.

If they already have a Jurni login under that email, they should use it. A second login or a duplicate shop can make work and chat history appear missing when the person is simply in the wrong account or shop.

Troubleshoot an invitation

The invitation email is missing: verify the address, check spam/junk, and use the resend option for a pending invitation where available.

The person signs in but cannot find the shop: confirm that the invitation was accepted and that their current login email matches it. Check the shop switcher and ask an admin to verify membership.

You cannot see Invite Member: check the current shop, whether setup and billing are complete, and whether your role has invitation permission. Ask the owner or admin rather than sharing login credentials.

You invited someone only to a review link: that access is intentionally limited to review. Use Settings → Members when they need to build or manage experiences in the shop.
