Your active shop determines which brand’s experiences, products, integrations, and reporting you are working with. Check it before changing shared settings, inviting someone, or investigating missing data.

Switch to another shop

Select the current shop name near the top of Jurni’s sidebar. When your account has more than one accessible shop, use the available shop list or search to select the intended brand. Save any pending editor work before switching. Jurni may return you to a general page rather than reopen the same experience ID under the new shop. After the switch, confirm the displayed shop name and open the intended experience again. Switching shops does not copy pages, products, or team access between brands. A team member must have access to the destination shop to work there.

Why a teammate might see different settings

Jurni checks access for individual areas. The current settings navigation includes Account, Members, Billing, Brand, Integrations, Notifications, Storefront Settings, AI Knowledge, and Custom Scripts, but not every account sees every entry. Three distinctions matter: A missing button does not necessarily mean the feature has been removed. It can mean you are in another shop, using a different role, or viewing a platform-specific guide that does not apply to your storefront.

Check access before creating another account

When you cannot find a shop or feature, confirm the email you used to sign in, the active shop, and whether your invitation was accepted. Ask an existing admin to check your role and access in Settings → Members. Do not create a duplicate shop to solve a missing invitation, integration, or billing control. Use Create your account and shop for a genuinely new brand, and Invite team members for collaboration in an existing shop.

Keep review access separate

A shareable page-review link is not a shop membership invitation. Someone reviewing a page through that link does not thereby gain access to the brand’s billing, integrations, products, or other experiences. For missing access that an admin cannot resolve, contact the Jurni team with the affected shop, your role, and the specific screen. Do not send passwords or private API keys.
