Find the right Shopify domain
Open Shopify admin → Settings → Domains and find the store’syour-store.myshopify.com domain. Confirm that it is the store connected in Polar → Connectors → Shopify.
Copy the .myshopify.com domain, not your custom storefront domain, the Shopify admin URL, or the Jurni subdomain. See Polar’s Shopify connection guide.
Connect and verify
1
Enter the store domain
Open Settings → Integrations → Data Integrations → Tracking Pixels in Jurni. Enter the value in Polar Analytics Shopify URL.
2
Save Changes
Save the tracking form. The field requires a value containing
.myshopify.com.3
Check page activity
Open a published Jurni page and perform the relevant shopper actions. Ask your tracking owner to verify the Polar events against the correct store. Polar’s headless troubleshooting guide explains how to check the event requests when needed.
Complete the purchase measurement
Keep the appropriate Polar installation on your store and checkout. The Jurni page connection does not replace Polar’s Shopify connector, account setup, or custom-checkout event integration. Check that the Polar Pixel is available and configured for your account. For a third-party checkout, coordinate the implementation with the Jurni and Polar teams. For Shopify Pages, verify whether the theme or Shopify app already supplies the necessary tracking before adding overlapping installations.Common problems
The field is rejected: check that you copied the.myshopify.com domain rather than brand.com or admin.shopify.com.
The domain is accepted but reporting is missing: confirm the connected Polar store, account setup, consent, and the exact published page. A successful save does not establish that the entire checkout journey is measured.
I do not use Shopify: this specific connection is keyed to a Shopify store. Contact the Jurni team about your custom measurement setup rather than entering another provider’s domain.
