Export a list
1
Open the right shop and list
Open Experiences or Tests in the intended shop.
2
Set the list filters
Set the status and search filters. For experiences, select the relevant tags as needed. Review the sort order before exporting.
3
Select Export to CSV
Use the list’s export/download control, labeled Export to CSV in its tooltip. Wait for the export to finish and the file to download.
4
Check the file before sharing
Confirm that the rows match the intended brand and list scope. Check the columns and metric definitions before combining the file with other reports.
Which filters are included?
The current list export controls do not pass a custom analytics date range. Do not assume that an export represents the date range selected on a different analytics screen. For a date-specific comparison, verify the report scope before presenting the figures as a weekly or monthly result.
What an experience export includes
The experience export includes identifiers and names, sessions, revenue, conversion rate, average order value, orders, tags, click-through rate, add-to-cart rate, and available page links. The rate columns labeled CVR (%), CTR (%), and ATC (%) are percentage values. Avoid multiplying them by 100 again when formatting a spreadsheet. The link columns serve different purposes:
A blank link cell does not by itself mean the experience is broken. It can mean that the corresponding destination or direct Smart Link association is absent. The connected-link columns should not be treated as a complete inventory of every experiment or external campaign that can send traffic to the page.
