Use Ads in the Jurni sidebar to review connected Meta ad accounts. This answers a different question from page analytics: ad account insights describe the connected account’s advertising performance, while experience and experiment reports focus on Jurni page journeys and tests.

Open an account’s insights

1

Connect the intended Meta account

Complete the Meta Ad Accounts connection. A Meta Pixel ID alone does not authorize Jurni to read the ad account.
2

Open Ads

Select Ads under Channels in the main sidebar. Confirm you are looking at the intended ad account, especially when your login can access several brands.
3

Open Ad Account Insights

Use the account’s Ad Account Insights action. To browse its campaigns instead, use the account’s campaigns/ads view.
4

Set the reporting period

Choose the period in the insights selector. Read the displayed dates before comparing the account with another report.

Understand the summary

The insights summary displays Revenue, Clicks, Spend, ROAS (return on ad spend), and CPA (cost per acquisition), together with a conversion-stage view. Monetary values use the currency returned for the account’s insights. Use the summary to identify which account and period need investigation. Then inspect the relevant campaigns and landing pages rather than assuming an account-wide change came from one Jurni page.

Choose the right report

Do not treat ad-account revenue, Jurni-attributed revenue, and total Shopify store revenue as interchangeable totals. First match the account, dates, currency, traffic scope, and attribution context. An account-wide advertising report is not a controlled page experiment.

A useful review workflow

Select one account and reporting period. Note the relevant spend and outcome metrics, then identify the campaign or creative angle you want to improve. Review the destination page’s performance in Jurni and write a specific hypothesis before changing the page. For a new landing-page concept, provide the relevant Meta ad to the Jurni Agent. For a comparison, route traffic through a Jurni experiment rather than comparing unrelated campaigns as though only the page had changed.

Missing account or insights

Check the selected ad accounts in Settings → Integrations → Meta Ad Accounts → Manage Accounts. Confirm that the Meta login used for authorization can access the intended account. Also check your Jurni access: advertising data can be restricted by role. A missing or failed insights panel is not evidence of zero revenue. If the connection is correct but the report does not load, share the affected account, reporting period, and screenshot with Jurni support.
